Policies & Procedures

Vaccination Status and/or Negative PCR Test Requirement

In an effort to keep our artists, audience, and community safe, Synetic has adopted the following policy:

  • Employees and Contractors: Synetic employees and contractors¬†must present proof of an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine prior to the start of their in-person work, unless they demonstrate a protected exemption. All staff and artists are tested for COVID on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Audience: Patrons will need to be fully* vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine in order to attend a show. Everyone must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry. Exceptions are being made for children under 5 and people with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. These guests must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time. Patrons may display proof of vaccination with a physical or digital copy of their vaccination card at the door prior to entry.

*”Fully vaccinated” means that either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of FDA or WHO authorized double-dose vaccines or that 14 days have passed since receiving the sole dose of FDA or WHO authorized single-dose vaccines.

Masks: Masks are required for audiences inside the theater, except while eating or drinking.

Lap Passes: For children under 3 years old, free lap passes are available at the box office will call window.

*Please check the individual age recommendation of the show you are attending as some shows contain loud effects and adult content.

Lost & Found: Items found in the theater or lobby will be held for 60 days and then donated to a thrift store. If you think you have left something behind, please email and someone will be happy to assist you.
