Summer Camp and Summer Teen Conservatory 2026
Where imagination moves.
Discover a summer camp like no other! Synetic Theater’s award-winning physical theater company brings its signature blend of movement, storytelling, and creativity to young artists ages 7–13. No previous experience is required—just curiosity, energy, and a willingness to leap into the fun.
At Synetic, we believe that every child is a storyteller. Through dance, pantomime, stage movement, ensemble games, and world-building activities, campers learn to express themselves using their bodies, voices, and imaginations. Our teaching artists guide students through an immersive process that builds confidence, collaboration skills, and creative problem-solving—all while having a blast.
We offer ten week-long summer camp sessions, and each one features a single fairytale theme. We will use three fairytales throughout the summer, rotating which story is taught each week. That means if your child attends more than one session, they’ll jump into a brand-new world of characters and creative challenges, with a fresh showcase each time.
Families choose Synetic because:
- It’s unique. Synetic is internationally recognized for its bold, visually stunning, movement-based theater. Your child will experience a training style unlike anywhere else.
- It’s joyful and active. Camps are full of high-energy games, physical storytelling, and hands-on creation. Kids stay engaged, moving, and inspired.
- It builds real skills. Campers develop body awareness, emotional expression, teamwork, and imagination—tools they carry far beyond the stage.
- It’s for everyone. Whether your child is a seasoned performer or brand new to theater, our inclusive environment meets every student where they are.
Each session ends with a showcase where campers proudly share their original work with family and friends.
Join us this summer and see why Synetic Theater has inspired thousands of young performers. Come move, create, and tell your story with us!

Synetic Education Camps and Classes FAQ
What is the Daily Camp Schedule?
Our camp day is 9 AM – 3 PM. Each day features active play in the form of games and activities with a variety of group classes throughout the day.
What will my young actor do all day?
Have fun! Our camps are designed to keep your students up and moving during the day. Daily activities vary by age group and camp theme/show. Some activities include warm-up exercises, theater and improvisation games, physical movement games (tag, capture the flag, etc.), music and choreography rehearsal, crafts, and group work/rehearsals. All of the lessons and activities are geared to help prepare the students for the camp performance at the end of each session.
How will lunch work? What about sharing food?
Campers are required to bring a packed lunch. We enforce a “no food sharing” policy in order to protect students from allergens, food sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. If the weather is nice, lunch will take place outside.
What is the final performance?
The final performance is a showcase of the student’s work for their time with us. Seating is first come first serve. The performances are open to all family and friends; however, we do not open it up to the public.
What is Synetic’s refund policy?
A full refund is offered if Synetic Theater cancels an in-person camp before the first day of programming.
If Synetic makes the decision to end in-person instruction of a camp after that camp has begun, a prorated refund will be offered. The amount of the prorated refund will depend on how many days of in-person camp have been canceled and whether you choose to join a virtual option for continuing camp. Families may also choose to have their remaining tuition processed as a credit on their Synetic account for a future Synetic purchase or donate the remaining balance.
No refund or credit will be issued if a student is registered for an age-inappropriate program and Synetic staff determine it to be an unsuccessful fit.
Registration holds a student’s spot in a program, making it unavailable for other students to register to register for that spot. We hope your class is a great fit but if, after the first day of class, you choose not to continue, the Education staff is happy to switch you into an available program within the same session, but we will not issue a refund. After the second day of camp, we are not able to accommodate class transfers.
